I created the concept of BOGA in order to is a unique and exceptional way to increase your state of well-being and to strengthen your mental and physical life force. Michael incorporates the use of a rattan cane or ‘Bo’ staff in this workout as an extension of the arms and to help the flow of energy and arising power to form in the body. Through his experience as a massage therapist and yoga teacher, Michael uses these combined techniques to guide practitioners through soft and gentle movements into a meditative state of awareness. As well as a complete holistic exercise the use of the Bo inspires concentration and a pathway inside the spirit.
